TopTech-Windrower
Zero maintenance rotor
Heavy duty cam track made of high quality globular cast iron, adjustable for total precision: tidy raking at speed in all conditions.
Hardened steel cam rollers with ball bearings - zero maintenance and long service life.
P.T.O. gearing on transmission stub shaft - unit is quick and easy to remove
Easy height adjustment using hand crank
The tine arm bearings are separate from the cam control bearings to minimise collision damage with trees, poles, etc.
The cam track can be adjusted to different quantities of forage and changing harvesting conditions.
Example: EUROTOP 421 N
, Cam track diameter 42 cm
TopTech is unbeatable; a classic example of proven long-life reliability
Tine arm bearings as far away from hub as possible to ensure the highest stability: especially important on bumpy ground.
Maintenance-free arm bearings and bearings spaced as wide apart as possible: essential to minimise stress. Strength and long service life without additional maintenance.
The heavy-duty rotor transmission
is submerged in oil, and on the EuroTOP 421 and 461 is completely sealed - no maintenance required.
Large diameter gear wheel guarantees smooth running and a long service life.
LONG LIFE
Large diameter cam track - computer optimised for consistently smooth cam track control. No sudden ramps, so there is no jerking of the control levers as on smaller diameter cam tracks. Much less stress on the whole control system.
Encapsulated and maintenance-free
The complete system is fully encapsulated and maintenance-free. No contamination, dust-free. The cam track need only be lubricated once a year!
Mounting variations N / U / A
Example Three point linkage mounted EUROTOP rigid
EUROTP 280 and EUROTOP 340
Example EUROTOP with pivoting headstock (N)
The windrower faithfully follows in the tractor's tracks. The windrower automatically swings to the centre position when lifted. Optimum safety even on slopes.
The shock absorbing struts are ideal for slopes.
Example EUROTOP U = universal
Rear mounting for forward and reverse travel
Front mounting
Example EUROTOP A trailed machine
is fitted to the tractor drawbar
MOUNTING

Multitast for perfect ground hugging
The third wheel is always in front TOP tracking with additional jockey wheel
The additional jockey wheel and chain top link provide a genuine three-point contour tracking system near the point where the tines contact the crop.
Top tracking ensures tidy swathes even in adverse conditions.
Tines do not scratch ground even on bumps.
Tines are subject to much less wear - longer service life.
Many satisfied TOP owners emphasise: "The third wheel is what counts in difficult terrain".
TOP work, higher working speeds with EUROTOP tandem axles
With the wide axles and wide wheels near the point where the tines contact the ground, the best possible ground tracking is guaranteed: no jumping or scratching on uneven ground or on slopes.
Four large balloon tyres compensate for any big bumps.
The staggered wheel axle system ensures that the rotor moves up and down only half as much as with single axles or conventional tandem axles.
The crop remains clean and the stubble undamaged even at high forward speed.
The angle of the axles can be adjusted easily to ensure tidy work in all conditions.
MULTITAST - Raking up front The level compensation of the frame and front jockey wheel guide the windrower with precision over uneven ground. A knuckle joint ensures that there is sufficient freedom of movement to the sides. A stabiliser prevents oscillation during transport.
SIMPLY TOP
Exclusive: Wide wheels near the point where the tines contact the ground, the best possible ground tracking is guaranteed
EUROTOP tandem-axles are adjustable. By straight-forward adjustment of the inclination, clean raking is achieved over the full radius in all operating conditions with all kinds of crop.
Front jockey wheel On the EUROTOP 380 F/H and 340 U front-mounted models, the front jockey wheel (which is located outside the rotor) guides the windrower precisely over uneven ground (patented design).
EUROTOP 620 A the economical trailed machine
With a working width of 5.90 m, this windrower has a sturdy main frame with adjustable drawbar, and is fitted to the tractor drawbar so that it can take sharp corners.
Both rotors are connected to the main frame in such a way that they can move up and down independently, ensuring best possible ground tracking for each rotor, and tidy work.
MULTITAST system optional.
Normally operated with 3 double tines, although 4th double tines can easily be fitted. A swath curtain is supplied as standard equipment.
The rotors can be raised without being switched off.
The chassis is dipped each time the rotors are raised to ensure sufficient ground clearance when turning, and on the road.
EUROTOP 701 A mechanically working width 6.30 m to 7.10 m.
EUROTOP 771 A hydraulically adjustable working width 7.0 m to 7.80 m.
The direct jointed chassis makes this machine extremely manoeuvrable.
Tandem axles on EUROTOP 770 A series, optional for EUROTOP 700 Swath curtain is supplied as standard on both models. Hydroconvenience.
For turning, both rotors are partially lifted hydraulically up to their limit stops. Always giving sufficient ground clearance for turning. The rotors are raised vertically for transport, and the tine arms can be removed to reduce clearance.
The rotors are free to rotate even when raised due to the c.v. joints in the drive shafts. No risk of damage if the rotors are switched on inadvertently.
